Sacred texts like the Bible describe gemstones as symbols of protection, clarity, and divine presence, most famously in the High Priest’s Breastplate of twelve stones.

Egyptian, Greek, and Ayurvedic traditions also recognised the energetic qualities of stones. Egyptians used lapis, carnelian, and turquoise for protection and vitality. Greek philosophers wrote about the natural resonance of minerals, while Ayurveda developed Ratna Chikitsa, a gem‑therapy system that uses stones to support emotional and energetic balance.

Across all these cultures, gemstones were seen as more than decoration, they were companions for healing, protection, and inner transformation.

Bracelet Size Guide

All gemstone bracelets are hand-threaded using genuine gemstone beads. To ensure a comfortable and supportive fit, please choose your bracelet size and bead size based on your actual wrist measurement, not the bracelet length.

Women’s Sizes

• XS — fits wrist 14–15 cm
• S — fits wrist 15–16 cm
• M — fits wrist 16–17 cm
• L — fits wrist 17–18 cm
• XL — fits wrist 18–19 cm

Men’s Sizes

• S — fits wrist 16–17 cm
• M — fits wrist 17–18 cm
• L — fits wrist 18–19 cm
• XL — fits wrist 19–20 cm

Children’s Bracelets

Children’s wrists vary widely. Please email with your child’s wrist measurement and we will size it perfectly for them. For safety reasons, our gemstone bracelets (everyday‑wear jewellery) are not recommended for children under the age of three.

How to Measure Your Wrist

To find your perfect bracelet size:

1. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where the bracelet will sit. – If you don’t have one, use a piece of string, mark it, and measure it against a ruler.
2. Measure snugly — not tight, not loose.
3. Choose the bracelet size that matches your wrist measurement range.
4. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser drape, simply let me know in the order notes.
